1. The Hagerman Valley Foundation holds 24 Festivals & Farmers Markets throughout the year.
2. Vendor registrations for any and all events are available here.
3. All paid spaces include an ad in that event's program passed out for free to all attendees. A vendor's contact info, like email, is included in the ad to facilitate follow-up customer orders. Blues Music Program Cowboy Roundup Program
4. Farmers Markets spaces are free. A vendor may purchase an ad in one or more of each month's program. We expect to pass out thousands of these programs for free to all attendees throughout the Farmers Market season.
5. BEFORE PURCHASE, please verify with this REGISTRATION LIST that YOU WILL NOT BE SELLING A DUPLICATE product line at any event other than a Farmers Market.
6. FARMERS MARKETS: Except for food, DUPLICATES ARE ALLOWED AT FARMERS MARKETS.
7. Vendors are required to sign an Idaho ST-124 state sales tax form at the first event attended. All taxes are paid directly to Idaho.
8. Please fill out the event Vendor Application below (if possible) for every event you purchase. Scan and email the application to [email protected] or mail it to Hagerman Valley Foundation, PO Box 614, Hagerman, ID 83332. Any mailed fees must be money orders. No vendor will be added to the list without their fee. (Apps are linked as they are available. If you cannot print the app, you can fill it out at the event.)

9. All orders must be completed by Monday the week of the event to ensure an ad in the event program.
10. We reserve the right to cancel a vendor's space for a full refund if the need arises.
